Why subscribe?

Welcome and thank you for delving into my Substack. It’s fundamentally about those things that I am passionate about; and it has been long in coming. I don’t do social media; at least I didn’t until eleven months ago, when I joined the GAB community to savour its joys and its angsts and find my milieu in the fishing, gardening, woodwork, photography and Christian groups. I’d like to share with you snippets from the five books that I’ve written over the last twenty years, plus new stuff as and when it arises. Some content has been published by the mainstream press. All is now free and that’s how it will stay. The copyright belongs to me. The challenge has been to bring some order to my content. I will restrict the main heading to gardening related blogs and then add sub-titles for angling yarns etc. I’ll admit, it’s a challenge, so bear with me.
